Please do not set the temperature over this limit due to our gas heater. ADD ONS: -We offer concierge service to help plan the trip including destinations- there would be an additional $150 flat fee. ADDITIONAL FEE: -$75 for an extra air mattress. EARLY CHECK-IN/ LATE CHECK-OUT: We offer early check-in and late check-out when we do not have another reservation checking in or out that same day. You can check in as early as 12 PM and check out as late as 2 PM for an additional $50 each. Please request early check-in / late check-out within 24 hours of your check-in date so we can check out the most up-to-date calendar to see if we can accommodate your request. If you'd like to guarantee an early check-in/ late check-out, we can block the day before and after for $100.
Other Details to Note
Every Tuesday from 12-2 PM, there's street cleaning on our block. You cannot park on our side of the street during those times. If you do park there, you will incur a $90 parking ticket, which is not covered by me or the platform. Please park on the opposite side of the street during these 2 hours or move your car the night before. Family oriented neighborhood, I lived in Glen Park for almost 2 decades. Safe and friendly neighbors. Lots of nearby families have pets (including the neighborhood cat Mr. Jake) who comes by the front of the house often.

You'll be on the 2nd floor and have access to the Kitchen area (sink only), microwave, tea and coffee area, as well as each of the 2 bedrooms. 🚗 DRIVER Available: if you need a ride from SFO/Oakland, I can help you arrange for a private driver.
